well i dont like carbon fibre evry1 does it so i thought id be different

Actually, no-one (or hardly anyone) does it because it's so damn expensive -- something like £200 in materials alone, £400 plus if you pay someone to do it. What you're thinking of is the fake, stick on stuff (or even the "real" stick on stuff).

And black bonnets are hardly uncommon amongst the Fat Car fraternity.

We're never going to agree on this 'cos we come from different schools.

In my school, you fit a genuine, made by yourself, carbon fibre bonnet (with vents, of course, because you have something hot under the bonnet and want more airflow) and then paint it body colour because you don't want the opposition to know that you've shaved a couple of kilos off the weight. If the paint is really thin, the cognoscenti will just be able to see the weave, while the ignorant masses won't know what to look for.

You fit a splitter strong enough to stand on which extends under the engine bay to generate downforce because you have enough power to take a Cinq to a speed where the front end becomes light.

And you fit 15" wheels to raise the gearing and allow you to run big brakes and sticky rubber.

But you get the idea. Form follows function.

Yep. The clear Sei ones fit fine. The Poles probably still have clear Cinq ones (Cinq ones are a little flatter, less pointed).
