500 (Abarth) Veins' Abarth

I've finally decided to use my free time to show you guys some pics instead of driving.

Note: i haven't been able to keep it clean, the weather has been unkind for that purpose the last 3 months. But she still looks great.

There's loads more of it and of her friends that keep me quite busy, over here:

:)

Very nice pictures. I was surprised to see snow in Cyprus - you must have been high up. Noticed a Bravo T-jet in the pictures listed on your web site so I'm presuming that the A500 has replaced that as your daily drive. I also liked the 'collection' with the 147 (this is probably the 2L engine being a Ti), RWD Spyder and last but not least the 360.
There was a re-run of a Top Gear series yesterday on our channel from June 2009 with Michael Schumacher saying that he drives an Abarth 500 along with a 'family drive' Fiat Croma so you're in good company.
Enjoy.(y)

Thanks loveshandbags,

It's been a good year in terms of rain/snow in CY, and since I'm sick of the sea so I tend to take advantage of that when it happens :)
This is pretty much the highest mountain on the island, I'd say snow is roughly around 1850 - 1900 meters above sea level now.

The Abarth did replace the Bravo (great car but boring), and the 147 is a 1.6 (love it to bits)

I just wish I put the thread in the right forum :D

My OH had a 147 1.6 (I drove it a lot) but I found it a little thristy on petrol. Unfortunately the timing belt wasn't changed in it (Alfa changed the service interval but didn't get notice of it) and it came to an unfortunate end. But it was a quick car and had a nice gruff sound off the engine. I have the T-jet engine in a Mito but miss the 'shortness' of the 500. The A500 is really a fun car and for the performance it gives it's relatively economical.
Have been to most parts of Europe but never got to Cyprus. Nearest I've got was Crete.
P.S. You could ask the FF to move the thread to the 'right' section.
