Grande Punto My 'sensible' car

Introduction

Having had an Impreza for 8 years, the fuel and maintenance bills finally got too much for me, so in April last year I traded in for this.

2007/8 (made Dec '07, regged Jan '08) Grande Punto 1.4 8v Eleganza Dualogic

It's just turned over 50k miles, but still feels pretty much like new :)
Bet the lack of power is really annoying after having an impreza lol. Any plans for it?
My Impreza was a non-turbo one anyway, so it's not such a vast difference as it would have been - I do miss the torque from time to time though.
Planning on keeping this pretty standard, as I got sick of declaring the mods on the scooby every time I looked for insurance :)

Ace! But i can't help but think i'd love to see the scooby in full camping gear! Haha, I'd imagine it would look something like a donkey with a carrot dangled over its head. Wanting to go for it, but then realising it can't.

Its a nice GP, you gotta want to do 'something' to it, surely....

I have been caught out by wheelspin a few times though.
With the Scooby I was used to just hoofing it and it goes - no matter the road surface.
Try that in a front wheel drive car on a wet road and not so much happens...
