Hello all

This is currently my thrid car, a citroen xsara 1.4, the nasty 1.0 corsa, and this.
I bought it as my corsa got wrote of and it was only meant to last about 6 month till insurance got sorted out but i have to say i dont want to get rid of it now

Paid £300 for her 12 mot 6 tax and half a tank of petrol, she was a lovely shade of pink had had some rather nasty rust on one wheel arch.

So far i havent done loads to her as i didnt see the point if i wasnt keeping her. Polished it all up and now its a lovely red. Cleaned up and fixed pumbers (must have had a shunt at some point) Adjusted drums and handbrake was terrible. Changed clutch cable and soon to do wheel bearing. In the proccess of building a sub for it, nice set of clocks with a rev counter and then ill be happy.

Well had day off from work so made a start on the wheel arch.
She was already primered so just doing colour today. Most of the time was taken just bloody masking everything off

verry proud of the results so far. The line of the arch was completally lost at the top, where it has the flat edge so really glad i managed to get the back, plus the paint went on really well very smooth finish and the match is better then that last pic shows. Just need to wait like a week aparently before i can tcut it in. Not bad to say ive never done it before
