Grande Punto Another red T-Jet (:

Introduction

I thought i'd share my Grande with everyone as it seems to be the thing to do (y)

Anyway i've had the car around 2 months now and love every bit of it, one night I drove my friends (GotGrande) and I just had to get one, was a great upgrade! Cleaned the car over the weekend and thought it was time to get some pictures up.

Only thing changed is debadged boot but got a couple of things to buy when money becomes available :)
Let me know what you think :)

god it looks nice mate!, love the stickers! and i love the series2 alloys :) ..
post a pic of ur rear badge looks smoked?

so bored of those alloys you know what im waiting for haha, but thanks (y) theres a picture of it on here in page 1 i think, just the lamin-x sample put to good use!

I for got to say in my post with the picture, is it me or does it look pretty low as it is!? not stopping me getting sportlines ofc ;)

well there's an issue on this haha,my driveway is on a angle so when i drive out of my driveway the scrape gaurd scrapes and also the bumper if you go out at an angle, im only going to go for springs cause with a splitter aswel its going to be impossible, so when i purchase my springs ive also got to get some concrete to sort out my driveway haha :) cant do any of those mods till i sort the driveway haha, although GotGrande is lowered 40mm and he can revers up my drive  f*** knows how!

As you said just get some concrete to decrease the angle of the driveway, easy. Then get coilovers will look much better and are adjustable so best of both worlds.

Dont think sportlines would lower the car enough to be worth it, might as well go all the way:p only reason I got springs was because I wanted my car to look standard and not like it was jacked up on stilts:rolleyes:

cant be bothered with coileys involves probably having to buy strut braces aswel, spotlines will do man you know what my driveway is like, someone on the old corsa forum had thier car so low they hit a fox it got stuck under there and ripped the underneath of the car apart lol

ahhhhh go on, I well want to see your car with crazy lows!:D

upgrade, been looking at arctic corsa vxr's but can't help but thinking in some way that's going a little backwards, people have told me they are practically the same car as the GP though, if your anything like me i do a lot of thinking about cars haha choosing a particular one is never straight forward!

2 of my mates own GP's then I know a couple of other people round here, there were only ever 500 arctic vxr's they cant all be here, much more unique imo, unfortunately i love cars and the desire for more speed is what I have haha (y)

If I could get insured on an artic corsa I would, unfortunately it's £6k for me compared to £1400 on the T-Jet..
Do what you want mate! Don't listen to what others tell you, go test drive a VXR and see if you like it, take it from there (y)

More blasphemous words hath never been spoken

It's a great lifestyle, I wouldn't trade it for any other.

i've never had a proper nose around a vxr, but the arctic makes such a nice noise and I always liked corsa vxr's need to have a good look at one. There's not much else really thats doable, one of my mates has just got a really nice new clio sport, so thats out of the question haha, 6k for an arctic? my t-jet is 1,400, got quotes for the arctic around the 2k mark, and thats without named drivers so it is possible ;)
