Nice car, thought I'd pay your a thread visit
. Like a lot of people, when Fiat launched the mk2b my reaction was wtf, replacing a striking car with a bland slightly ugly one (like the punto evo for the GP... eurgh), but the sporty ones actually really suit the larger lamps and yours looks great (unlike the evo which still looks eurgh even in sporty trims). Something of a rally car about them. That solid blue is really noticeable on the road and a bit different to having bright yellow. Keep up the good work .

cheers im really happy with it, its a shame i cant really aford real abarth side skirts and i cant get slammed on the insurance im on, but its my first car and im only 18 and all my mates envy it so thats what matters to me. next plan is a new sound system and to get the boot badge smoothed and maby the rear whiper. thanks for the feedback

Blue jets look a lot better. Really like you car. I was going to go for that colour Punto if I got a Mk2 as it really stands out from others

its the closest i could get to this at 18 lol without buying a sht load of stickers and looking like a tit lol
i really want a exhaust like this but i dont think its possible when i cant get lowerd on my insurance lol

looks good mate, i quite like the strips but i am thinking just the pass side one, symmetry isnt my cup of tea though.

im thinking of doing 1 from the bottom and more towards the midle (basically) a white stripe that starts at the bottom on the passenger side and gos over 1 jet and over the roof, then spray 1 of the jets white so it gos with the white stripe. not sure yet.
i just colour coded the plastic surround off the boot lock today tho. looks alot smarter. its the little things that make a big difference

best bet is ebay mate other wise some sites charge up to like 40 quid lol, dont spend over 20 tbh just search around

i like the colour coding of the door rubbing strips and door handles was thinking of doing that to my mk2 but now i've seen yours i'm even more tempted.
love the white wheels mate and the grill too

cheers mate, im not to keen on taking the rubbing strips off , id sooner respray a rubbing strip than respray a door if sum1 in a car park hit it. i think the lines are nice on the car aswell.
this is whats going on next, gonna buy it when my next wage comes in cos i spent to much last month on my car and other stuff lol. i dont like going below a certain amount in my bank account.

so my skirts came today, im gonna smooth out the abarth sign tho i dont want look like a wanna be lol.
there good nick and all the fiat part numbers are on there so im happy.
the next update will be lots of pics of updates iv done in the last 6 months including sound system etc

Those skirts were a good find, should really enhance your cars stance. I know what you mean about not wanting to look like a wannabe, I even feel guilty putting abarth lights in my 1.2.

i have blue/black racing seats now. and colour coded most plastic silver. gonna sticker bomb my parcel shelf when these new speakers arive.
