Punto (Mk2/2b) PuntoDudes beast.

Introduction

Here is my 2000 1.2 8v ELX Punto. Bought for £600 off an old biddy. 2 previous owners.

So far:
Fox racing 15" alloys.
6x9's on rear shelf
part de-badged
xenon bulbs

Future:
induction kit
exhaust
3dr colour coded bumper on front and 5dr color coded on rear (maybe a bodykit in the further future)
tint windows
mk2b rear lights

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated :D
Haha you had me going there a moment, il stay as close to legal as i possibly can. They know bout everything so far. Induction is off atm, will ask them about it again at a later date.

I couldnt not enjoy driving my mk2, she aint the quickest, prettiest or comfiest. but she s mine :D
 
Informing your insurance company about certain things is the right way to do things yes. But they do use a tad of common sense. If they put people off insuring their car too much, people will just drive without it and pay the £300 fine when they get caught :rolleyes:

A mate of mine wrote his Golf off a year or two ago. The MOT had just expired, it was an import, they thought it was a UK car, it was a 135 BHP model, they thought it was the 110 BHP and even though they knew all this, they still paid out in full. I don't believe things like stickers affect insurance as that's more to do with taste, and not even Insurance companies can predict a criminals taste! :p

My advice, stick with small economical cars for a few years, build up your NCD and then get a nice ride when you're in your 20's. I had 4 or 5 cars all with engines 1.0 litre or less which helped me save on running costs. Now aged 23 i have a tuned 170 BHP Abarth 500, a small insurance premium and a few bob in the Bank as a result of this (y)

thats fine, but hes talking induction kits etc not stickers lol but i agree, thats basically what i stated above
