Punto (Mk2/2b) Blue Sporting MK2!

try using a piece of the silicone pipe, slice it down its lenght, and curl it up inside the other pipe, squeee it tight with a jubilee clip

Little Update
I now have a wine cork in my GSR with a jublie clip LOOL. Sounds a bit louder aswell.

Another note

My Car booked in for tints tomorowo woop getting 80% tints again same as i got on m 8v ill post up pictures when im done. Lets see how much my insuren company rape me for having tints lol

just cut off that outlet on the pipe and get a massive bit of blue heat shrink n put it over the hose to seal it will look much neater

hmmm I dont no if thats a good idear ill prob muck that up. and not to good for resale lol. But i guess it would look better then a cork. Got any links to the tape so i can have a little read on it so on

i dont know how thick the pipe is but thats a link for 2" thick, just go careful when you apply the heat to it that your ot to close so you dont damage the hose but it will be easy

i would smear a very small ammuont of instant gasket or some form of sealer just so no air can escape but the heat shrink should seal pretty well

Thats not a bad idea actualy lol.....Ill only paint the side thats visable so no paint goes into the system or anything aswell... Nice one!!

And this is how my induction kit is staying had to add the bendybit for extra protection just in case the jublie clip was to fail and the cork was to travel down the tube now it cant because the bend hole is 2 small

I am selling my Pride and Joy she is in lovely condition Inside and out in a very rare colour you do not see many Punto Sporting from this year anymore. The car has been maintained ever since I Bought it has never let me down. I have spent time and money on turning this car into what I wanted it to be. I have only done Suttle Mods to the car nothing that screams at anyone or will embarrass you to have guest in the car.

I purchased the car around March used it every day with no problems here is a list of the Mods I have done to the car since I purchased it.

80% Tints on the Back 3 Windows
De Bagged the Rear of the car took the Fiat and Punto Signs off
De Vinnyed the car Black strip between the windows was removed.
Side have been smoothed so no door protectors car looks better without them ( I still have these if you want to put them back on)
GSR Induction KIT ( this induction kit is proven to give BHP if you no anything about Punto you will understand what this kit does I have rolling road printouts for my car to prove it has had gains this kit is designed to bring air from the coldest part of the car and bring it to the engine Google it for more information Makes a very nice noise as well)
Punto MK2B Lights have been fitted to make the rear end of the car look better. There standard Punto Lights from the facelift version.
Team Heko Wind deflectors Tinted
Aero Wiper blades more contact on the screen so more visability in the rain
Bilstein Shocks all round with 50MM Eibach springs this is the best setup for a Punto sticks to the road like glue and does not remove any comfort from the ride.
5MM Spacers all round
Kenwood CD Head unit with built in Bluetooth and Aux Cable for IPOD/MP3/Phone Connectivity Blue tooth works amazingly no matter where the phone is in the car as the head unit has its own receiver and automatically connects to the car when you enter it.
Red Dot rolling road print out (90 BHP with 100 Torques )
Only ever used Shell V-Power and Tesco Momentum

The car comes with full service history all original books from when the car was made
Car had a service at 63,000 miles Before I purchased it
I had it serviced at 70,000 Miles Changed all Belts , Water Pumps , Timing , Oil , Coolant and used Iridium Spark Plugs

I have lots and lots of receipts and all previous MOTS and Services
I’M selling the car only because I am going to University in October so I am in no rush to sell and I will be using the car until a sensible offer comes along.

putting in a car add all the mods you have done limits your market, most people will think the car looks nice then see the list of mods and think **** that because in an everyday drivers head - mods = ragged around

you would be better sticking the badges back on and selling it as a well looked after 02 plate punto, personally if i saw your car on somthing like auto trader and i had a list of all those mods i would click off it as soon as i saw them. let the customer come see the car for themselves.

and personally i would get rid of the gsr and sell that on this site seperatly,

your everyday driver doesnt want an induction kit in it

Im going to leave it up for a week see if anyone is intrested on here then ill take what i can off it. Im in no hurry to sell atm anyway. But will defo do what you said if things start getting bad. There realy aint much mods 2 it bar the induction and springs

yeah dont get me wrong, young lads eyes would light up after seeing that list, its just easyer to sell if you dont scream around about mods because it will get everyday drivers like 40 year old women intrested in the car because its a cheap run around
