De gunk engine and clean with a tooth brush , wash of gunk and dirt ... I left it a week , Then just used a tooth brush to get any dust and dirt off , Then just hand painted the engine using paint brush and small model brush , Use engine high temperature paint ..just two coats and your done mate
Paint £7 and got loads left ........ will paint the rear brake drums with the rest

hmmm. may paint a few bits in my bay. aint too fused really as no one ever sees my bay unless its getting fixed. lol. but... i got a tin of hammerite thats just sitting around after my calipers were painted. lolGood old Halfords , Red engine paint £7 ,

Job done , If you do your Brake calipers or drums get some brake cleaner

Here are some of the engine bay / Ok not a GSR but do like the looks for the money and dose make good sound under the bonnet
what induction is it? how much u pay for it? its not in a great position tho, over the manifold aint a good place unless u want to suck up hot air. even moving it infront of the battery will help, although not perfect.

Yer not a good place for induction kit , It`s the Ford Focus kit that fit`s the fiat punto price £38 including P&P .
I thought the focus kit didn't fit the 16v engines?
There are two one will fit the 8v and one for the 16V if you would like to get one I will put up the web address for you as they list two on the site !
