Introduction

Well I had removed my old thread a while back as I was doing a few bits and bobs over christmas, just had a spare set of Mirrors, Handles and Bump Strips sprayed the few dents pulled out and was busy refurbing my wheels.

Then on the way home from my girlfriends I hit a nice bit of black ice on the apex of a bend lost control for a bit got control again then a merc coming opposite way hit my front end, so car was written off after the accident :(:(.

Really loved my little car didnt realise how great little puntos are until ive had to drive a Corsa C ,Agila (The single worst car ive ever driven) and a Clio neither are anywhere as near as much fun to drive.

Anyway now looking for another Punto :)

woooow!!

unlucky mate...should have blagged that you ghot whiplash and that mate...that well bad crash its completly fuked...even the gearbox has broken itself off the engine...god dont know how that didnt make its way into the cabin tbh


yh corsa's are sh*t i like the newest ones and thats it lol...same clio's awful cars hate them sh*t interiors aswel

Yeah and put all our insurance prices up. Your a retard :rolleyes:
 
yeah test drove a 57 plate 1.2 corsa, yesterday have to say it is the worst drive in a while felt really slow ride was poor and driving position was not the best, also a 54 plate clio 1.2 16v felt nippy enough handled nicely but just didnt inspire me much also falling apart sunroof was leaking the roof liner was soaking also so really annoying squeaks, off to see a punto on monday though :)

id never in my life get the same car twice mate...cars come and go try something new i know its hard to find a decent car for good money nowadays but still must be something that takes your fancy rather than another punto...ul just be disappointed with anoher punto because its not modded to how it was(y)

once its burried forget about it mate never look back lol
 
Those wheels are off a 145 Cloverleaf :) I had them on my old Alfa, not too easy to get hold of now.

Glad to hear your alright tho mate, car looks like you couldnt have done any more damage to it :(

Update :)

Insurance sorted (Only £40 extra for insurance including other alloys and springs which are to get fitted)

Deposit Down on New Car (Picking up friday or saturday hopefully)

Hopefully get pics when its day light :slayer:

Bad Points:
Snapped Bonnet Release Cable £20 Fix Hopefully

Hopefully get some pics in the daylight
 
You need to take the cluster out, Dismantle includes removing the needles etc, remove the PCB board (Circuit Board), then desolder LED's and resolder on new ones, its easy if you have soldering experience if not could be a pain LED's are pretty small also need to note polarity before removal but LED's are notched so thats easy does look good though.
