Yup that should be the one, btw its a Mk2b i'd class the Mk3 as the Punto Classic which is made in serbia :)

Edit: saying that the Punto Classic is extremely similar to the 2b :p

Thanks, and yeah, there's alot of confusion between 2b and 3, especially when I ring up to order stuff and they say 'Punto Mk3? do you mean grande?' or 'Mk2b? is that the facelift mk2' lol(n)

NOOOOOOOOO! just tinted my rear lights, got one of them off, but the other one had a nut that was practically welded on and really couldn't get it off, tried for about half an hour, so I masked around it a fair bit back but its left a tide mark on my paintwork! It's not massively bad but ideally i wanna get rid of it but idk wtf to do?:mad:

Can anyone help please??:bang:
thanks

Oh right thanks! I'll try and t-cut first then :D. Wouldn't nail varnish remover take off the paint work aswell as the tint spray on the paint work? and would the remover work considering that the tint spray will hold different on the paint work than the plastic lights??

Lol mine were quite loose so i could undo them with my hands but the lights werent rattling arond or anything whilst driving so i guess someone has changed a bulb in that light and over tightened but hopefully not stripped the thread..
And get some pics up!

Theoretically you are correct but it also depends on the amount of protection that you have on the paintwork of your car, if it has no protection i.e. polish or wax. Then it'll need an abrasive polish to get it off.

I would suggest t-cut or Autoglymn super resin polish with a bit of elbow grease.

Nah benny I was just using my bare hands 'cos my fiat tool thing is at home and I wasn't at home at the time so it probably will come off with that tool. I'll get a load of pictures up tomorrow, plenty to go on, quite alot done recently, and yeah ill give the old t-cut a decobweb and give it a go! Thanks alot lads for helping me to rectify the mistake of a complete w****r! haha(n):bang:

Just got in from work so I'm gonna go take some overdue pictures of what i've been doing recently. I really made a f*** up yesterday however. I bought some fabric spray because I wanted to get rid of the blue fabric on the door cards, and thought it would be a cheaper alternative to getting it leathered, but it is poor quality and looks completely pants, only did it on one door panel, so I'm gonna stop being a tight arse and get my door cards leathered. There is a shop near me that 'apparently' do it but I know by word of mouth that they're expensive so I was wondering how I'd do it myself and has anybody ever done this on here?:)

Tinted rear lights, I think they need to go slightly darker though?

Got some seat covers on alot of weeks ago to try and image what the black/white theme is gonna look like and i know for a fact no body will like that because I don't like them anymore, thought they were okay at first but I'm not keen, plus they're more cream and black than white/black ;)

i love the center console, want to do mine white...
you thought about dewipering ?

Yeah deffinately going to dewiper, let me know how you spray your center console because I had to blue tack up the dial bits that dont get sprayed, you know the bit where its red and blue for hot and cold etc. because i didnt dare to try and take them out as they look like they're studded in and wouldnt go back on if i pulled at them so around those parts its a bit tacky so probably gonna have to redo it :(
