Cinqy mate, the best ting with having chromes is that even when they are dirty they still look clean! only need a rag to wipe em over now and again.
Only thing you have to be careful of is salt on the road cos if you chip the chrome and salt gets in em it will eat it away!
Dont know if anyone can help, but where my exhausts come through the back of splitter(see photos in members galleries) the heat is is burnung away the paint :bang: ,i have tried to find something in local car parts retailers but all i can find are stick on things.I need something alot more substantial like aluminium or something along that line to stick onto the bottom of the splitter to prevent this does anyone know where i can get this? thanx
like checker plate, or just sheet alloy, i would visit local indusrtial sites see if theres any one making big things out of it then ask for an off cut btw what was the name of that splitter?
Splitter is just a standard mkII splitter available at most fiat kit suppliers and not too expensive either, looks like the goldie is going into the workshop soon for de-locking,de-badging and possibly resprayed, thinking of going black cos with the chrome and stainless it should look awesome! thoughts much appreciated
