Seicento My Little Monster

Introduction

Well heres my little beast, a lot of work has been done on it, it is the Fiat Seicento Abarth and I have put a modded bumper and bonnet on it, and did the vinyls. It has the standard 1108cc engine with a sporting induction kit and a pretty loud exhaust system, and also a loud sound system which consists of 2 fusion 6x9s, and a 12inch pioneer sub in the boot. Theres a few more things which has to be done, like tinting the windows etc, and i also plan to drop a 1.2 turbo into it next year. Well here are the pictures, just like to hear some feedback. Also as you can see from the first picture I have only past my test a few months back.:)

Yeah fair enough mate, but every new car depreciate fast, so really you have spent some money you will never see again just like him with his insruance :).

But am sure the enjoyment of driving/owning it will give you bags of fun :).

It depends how you do the maths. I personally won't loose much cash on the A500 at all. Anyway, i've said my part, i just feel sorry for you guys having to fork out so much that's all. I am only 23 myself, but have never paid more than £1000 over the years on insurance for cars worth £1000 to £15000.

I spend a lot on fuel anyway, so it probably works out the same!

the way i look at high car insurance is as goes

the youth of today is split into three main sections

1 thous that spend all there money on drugs (yes alchole is included here) wake up the following morning on a come down and then have to walk to work on mon or get the bus

2 thous that buy a heap cheap car and put all thier money into thier job or studying to better themselves and/or others

3 thous that pour thier money into a hobbie ie car modding, rock climbing, cycling, surfing, etc etc etc

personally i dont have any problems with any cos its your own choice but dont judge me for spending 2k on a car thats worth £400 and costs 1k a year to insure cos lets face it i could always use the money to fund the gang wars in south america instead

sorry i am feeling very opinionated tonight lol

Don't worry about it, every one's entitled to their opinion. But remember i'm not criticizing anyone here, only the insurance companies. I enjoy spending time/money on my car too (although the upkeep alone is bad enough) I don't waste money on drugs/alcohol either, but i was very careful with my money from a young age, instead of spending a lot on insurance, i bought cars that were cheap to insure (and run) for a few years which helped me save to get the car i really wanted.

It's a good job insurance drops in price every year, otherwise a £2000 premium would cost £20,000 in just 10 years :(

Insurance is very gay.....

I'm gonna have to sacrifice going to Magaluf with my mates to pay for my insurance next year :(..... but its worth it i guess

i so know that feeling mate

i do have to say that it bugs me just how much they hammer us younger drivers, until 2 months ago i had been claim free for 6 years i am dreading the renewal date now

Well i heard my insurance will drop when i hit 18, thats when i need to renew my insurance as i was insured on my birthday, but it will drop a little amount, but i heard that the major drop in insurance amount was when you hit 21, my mom complains about paying £200 a year on a peugeot 207 saying its too much lol :\ mines like 12 times the price of that.
