Panda (Classic) Red - the 1995 CLX Panda

Introduction

This is Red.

She's a 1995 CLX Panda. Bought off Ebay with no tax/mot and restored her to current glory with the help of some useful upgrades.

Oddly enough she's on a 52 plate due to a DVLA error :D

lovely looking car, you've got a peach there. Looks exactly like mine!
....should:eek:
little disappointed you haven't posted any pics of that air freshener though.;)

Removed, cleaned and re-fitted the sump on the 1242 punto engine after it leaked oil in the garage when left at a funny angle.

I think the last time the sump was removed, the garage or owner made a very poor attempt at re-fitting as pretty much none of the old sealant was removed!

Fiat X1/9 alloys, just waiting for tyres now :)

Great Panda, can you tell me how it works with your insurance and what price difference it makes because I'm thinking of putting a 1.2 8v Punto engine in mine but don't know how its going impact on the insurance:confused:

I think its going up by about £400. Not too bad considering. You could always not tell? lol

LOVELY RED COLOUR - LOVE IT...
GREAT BLACK GRILLE - LOOKS SUPERB
I'm sorry for caps but it's only one way to accent my feelings!!
Even my blue after proper mechanical polish job didn't shine like yours red...

When I bought the car it was literally Pink!

Spent a few nights using G3 cutting compound and a buffing tool before I eventually found the original colour :)
