Introduction

My Black Tjet Project

Thought id show how my little tjet has progressed over the last 2years :)
(bare with me ill be editing this post for a while as i get used to it lol)

I did pretty much nothing to the tjet for a year,

Firstly im not much into ICE installs, so in the audio front i only added a pre-amped subwoofer in the back, 10inch fusion tube type, the reason because it came with a remote and its suprisingly powerfull and being that it has a hard shell the boot is still very useable!

Next i got a Red GSR induction, not any power gains but the sound is worth it ;)

Soon after my custom cat-back exhaust from Torque Exhausts in enfield, again power gains wernt noticeable, i asked for a 2 and 1/4 inch bore straight threw pipe and sound wise i wanted the rally pops and crackles and a nice burble on idle and they provided (y) finished with a twin 3inch tips.

Mate stop being a tart and get it done, you dnt need the bumper off i did all mine today without taking it off ha ha :p was a bit of a pain the underside of the turbo though, must say looks good now tho

i tried to get mine out but after 5mins i had failed miserably and left it untinted...

haha same i ended up just spending alot of time carefully doing it while it was in place! you cant really tell unless your within 15cm anyway and most of the time if your that close to the high level brake light your gonna die lol

lol im a tart for wanting to do it right yeah lol

so when i said your 'secret parts' were deffinately boost hoses you ordered i was right lol why dont you copy everything i get :p haha

yeah showed a couple mates today on my test drive they were impressed, it deffinately looks better in real life though the pictures dont do it justice :cool:

i have one more thing to do before the engine bay project is complete :p
 
Spacers arrived today, very impressed ordered them sunday night and they arrived this morning!

so heres some pictures probably too many as usual for me :p

20mm each side (y)...btw yes i know the calipers are filthy ill be repainting them soon.

Lowering springs are on the way so will see how it fairs i.e rubbing on the arch liner then. :)

lol okay

i think theyre more for looks than anything, you cant really feel any difference when theyre on but same with the forge subframe braces it feels a little edgier in a good way :) so overall worth it id say!

coupled with the wider tyres 215/45 the stance is alot wider than stock now :slayer:

Thats why I was gunna get them anyway :) hopefully get some camber shims made up aswel.
