500 My 500 Sport 1.4 - AutoItalia Photoshoot

I'm going to go out on an edge here and say something really doesn't work for me with these photos, but I can't work out what  :bang:

Rule of thirds maybe?

I'm sure Michael Ward would be interested to discuss your feedback

Cheers Rob, had a search for him last night but turns out michael ward is also an actor or character in something, which makes googling fairly hard.

Something about his photos just doesn't agree with me, I assume he does lots of his photography for car magazines?

Christ, when did I get like this with photos? I *knew* that SLR would cause trouble somewhere

Edit:I agree with Littala above, before anyone kicks off.

Edited again to say: Not that my photography is any better. Bit like people saying "I don't like U2's music" or "I don't like picasso's paintings"

Indeed he does
In 1998 the time came when my love of Italian cars interrupted the cruise
ship career. I was offered the position of photographer and deputy editor on a new
monthly magazine based purely on Italian cars. It was called Auto Italia.

Eight years later I'm still on the magazine and am now the publishers
group photographer. Not just Italian cars any more. My weeks are now filled
with horses, dogs, boats, wedding shows, in fact anything that requires a
show guide or programme I now supply images for.

If I have learnt anything in my career so far it's to be versatile. There's
also nothing quite as satisfying as looking through the lens at the perfect
shot whether in brogues at a wedding or knee deep in mud on a rally stage.

Please take a look at my galleries, if you like what you see, please get in touch.

he has also been Clubcento President - arguably the high point of his career :D

Your 500 is maybe the best looking one I´ve seen!! I really like the "racey" look of it!

is it because the background is moving but the cars are staying still?
I got a pm off some one the other day asking how they got that affect in my AI photos :spin:

Wasn't 100% on the wheels to start but they have REALLY grown on me!! Love it!! :D
How would people get a photoshoot with this guy?? He makes even the most amazing cars look better :p

Number plate surround: which one is it/where'd you get it?? I'm tempted by one for my Sport
