Plans are to
- give it a massive polishing session (even though it will bore me to death)
- Replace turbo seals or turbo if can find one cheap (have some blue smoke coming through exhaust)
- Get the intercooler all plumbed in just need few extra hoses to fit it
- Replace Rocker cover gasket (slight leaking oil)
- Try and find what they came out the factory looking like and then get original uno turbo badges/graphics for it .

Thanks for looking , If any of you have any ideas or inspiration for me for this car please feel free to post it up :D
Nice looking car! Would love one of these, but not got the time or money at the moment :( The only thing I think Id change is that intercooler, its too "in your face" and makes it look more Jap. Rest of it looks nice though :)

this car used to belong to my mum, she sold it to a young lad (can't remember where he was from).

the car is a little cracker and drives quite nice, wheels spins a bit though.

quick little car and kept up-ish with my fiat coupe.

i nearly bought it off her, great little car and my mum only sold it to get a punto gt which proved to be a pile of ****e.

Ahh wicked , is awesomely clean for age and yeah imagine it does keep up with bigger engines , Currently im needing to sort the turbo out on it as turbo seals have gone :( .

Had it on the road for a day then they went , So off the road this week trying to sort it all out before next weekend .

think i remember it needing valve stem seals and not turbo seals but it only just started to do that when she sold it, bet the young lad thrashed the nuts off it.

it had some welding done in the boot by the guy she bought it off but was done properly and not just patched up.

it is one of the best i've seen in a long time. i would of bought it off my mum but i had no where to put it at the time.
it got quite a bit of attention when she had it with people commenting on how good the condition it was in.

she only sold it because of the lack of power steering (which i asked for advice on here about fitting seicento electric power steering to it quite a few months back) and she wanted a punto gt

you've got a good car there as it's had loads of money spent on it.

I think it must be valve seals that need doing then as visually turbo looks spot on . Tbh i dont think the lad was any younger than me (im just 20) , he seemed bit of a weird one though lol . He drove like a complete fanny if im to be completely honest in both the uno and the rx7 i gave him for it .

Am gunna get it sorted begining of next week as i've done what im happy doing just gotta remove head this week for mate to sort next week .

It is extremely good condition :) How would i fit power steering , im not fussed by lack of it but could be another mod to add to it :D

As some of you know, I was saying about how i wanted my FMIC and front piping satin black to blend it in abit with the front bumper . Well I have done it and now its all looking better I think.

Vmod of how i hoped it would look !

And how it turned out with a quick rub down and a little spray with a can of Satin Black .

Now just to replace the valve stem seals then put it all back together and then it will be out on the road :)

to answer a question a few posts back i think they are tsw wheels 'cus we found a tsw center cap key with one or two other bits for the uno when sorting out mums place.

when my mum had it there was no front mount intercooler cut into the bumper only the standard one.

i may of said before but this car you have mate is one of the best i've seen in ages and i recon she could of got more than the £1100 she sold it for...
