As a new member I thought I would share my history of FIATS.
As I hate the usual company Fords/Vauxhall offerings for company cars I always try for a FIAT .My job requires me to drive between 18 to 24000 miles a year on road and farmers tracks to excess the gas pipeline.
I have had a selection of Puntos/Cromas and Bravos.The Croma was the 1.9 MJET 150 an excellent car all round knocked the Vectras off the road.BUT they stopped importing it this year into the UK ,very sad day as the Croma was up for replacement .Took delivery of a 09 Bravo 1.9 multijet in July .It is excellent in all areas .Carries all the equipment needed for my job and gets 45 to 50mpg and guess what the lads who have the new Vauxhall Insigna :bang:are only getting 35mpg and they are not happy with them.
Will post pictures of the Croma and Bravo "in action" on the pipeline once I sort out uploading them.
And Guess what ? She who must be obeyed (SWMBO),THE WIFE has an 08 Panda after trading in here Sciento for it last year.Hey , keep it in the family.!!

We had a demo Bravo in for our fleet manager when they first came out. Unfortunately our fleet manager is one of the boring vauxhall ford guys you mention, even though he has recently ventured into the vw area. Shame that it wouldn't be very cost effective for me to get a company car as all my miles are done on a bloody train! Oh yeah and I would have to keep it standard and that novitec kit looks tasty.

I also want to get my misses into the driving scene so she can get a 500 but she has no interest what so ever! Grrr

exactly what i was just thinking.

we're not allowed Fiats or Alfa's for that matter as company cars due to reliability issues, same with Saabs.

Drives me INSAINE!
Got a grilling for not taking her to the trafford this eveing for a dress! She still won't have it that she could of drove herself if she could.

She was even there with her mates last night ???
