My cars, integrale & Cinq. Turbo!

Introduction

I've managed to find a couple of pics of my cars. The integrale was pictured at the London 2 Brighton run in London then in Brighton after driving up from Bournemouth in light rain, but still looks deceptivly clean. :)

Exscuse the v.poor pics of the Cinq as they were taken in my gargae in v.poor lighting, I will get better ones up soon. (y)

Well Aaron, tissues are needed for the 'Grale!

Cinq looks kinda Monster Truckish but nice all the same.

Took you long enough but better late than never eh!

Liam

EDIT: F*ck me! How big is that garage!!

Very nice! My favourite thing is what you have done to the outside of the sporting, practically nothing! Oh I bet you surprise so many!

The Evo's beautiful. :D Very Jealous!

The Cinq looks good wituh not much done...bet its fun raping stuff in that! [Even more jealous!!]

Cheers for the feed back guys.

Liam you are right the Cinq does sit a bit high, thats after New Year remedy, I think a drop of 40mm should see the 14" wheels fill the arches more.

pghstochaj, yeah from the outside the only visible clues are the larger wider wheels/tyres (195/45 14) the Magnex b/box, smoked side repeaters, Van Aaken badge on the boot (doesn't mean much unless in the know) and the cut away front bumper with mesh to get nice cold air to inter-cooler & oil cooler, & I like it that way, it's a sleeper which makes it all the more fun. Oh & if you look inside theres a Tim turbo gauge and recaros & steering wheel from an Abarth 130TC which is where the wheels came from too, but then as you pass people they don't see that! :D

Just thinking the extra power might not go well with the current height.

I'd keep it sleeper too cos the looks you'll get as you waste stuff, esp. chavs in Paxo's will be ace.

It's not all my garage, it's under ground parking but I'm lucky in that I have about three car spaces worth to play with (y)

They are 14" and have 195/45 rubber on them, they are made by Cromodora & were fitted to the Fiat Strada Abarth 130TC MK3. I got them refurbished in white and replaced the Abarth centres with new ones. I have to use 30mm spacers to make them fit which were expensive, but as the Strada was the last Fiat to come off the Abarth production line I thought it fitting to use them as I would like to think a Turbo Cinq is a modern day interpretation of what Abarth himself may have done. See ans above to the other parts I took off tis car & gave new life to in the Cinq.

Since fitting the much lower profile & wider tyre the car has noticably less body roll, and has a much less understeer. It was after fitting the wheels & tyres that I've had a wee rethink on wether I should just put some lowering springs on, as the ride quality is v.good at the moment & it is my everyday car, or to go the whole hog and get uprated suspension as it does have 60,000miles on it, so shocks will start to get tired

Looking v.nice to both cars.....'Grale's my pick though ;)

I think get some spax adj's uprated handling and not always lower so still has the sleeper aspect.......

i now want a 'grale. Ive only seen them in white before and didnt quite understand Miss Fone's obsession with them - that black one is stunning.

whats the insurance and mpg like???
