There are a few bits which I'll be doing urgently - the paint could do with a good polish and bits need spraying... more rattle cans lol

Needs a new bonnet ideally as it's got a few dents from the previous owner parking too far into a space...

Plans:
Bebadge
Standard alloys (multispokes are a bag of arse to clean)
Bonnet
Colour code mirrors
lower it
sort out engine bay a bit
Re: The new car!

nice liking it loads can understnad about the multispokes, has someone nicked the back windscreen wiper though??? from the 1st pic cannot see!!!

Re: The new car!

Nice looking car but is it just the photo or is the bonnet panel gap on the skew? Seems to be summat odd going on round drivers side lamp.

Edit been a fool first post mentions needs a new bonnet, Good looking car that.

Re: The new car!

I've been away from this site for ages so forgive the ignorance but what happened with your old mk1. That was one of the cleanest and well kept examples I have ever seen. It was the only car I know that could have something new done every week and still not go over the top.

I have to admit though the mk2 is a lot comfier to drive, I just sold my mk1 and bought 1 on a 2000 plate. I shall be watching for ideas. Talking about that, how much did it cost to do your mirrors and was it hard?

I agree with what you say about the wheels, standard ones look better, in fact OEM parts when added right look a lot better than any aftermarket products. I want some more bravo HGT wheels for my mk2, just to be different and spray them white.
