righto....

sorry for the lack of updates!

but i have done a few things:

got a new exhaust, powerflow backbox (just for the grunt really...)
just ordered a focus induction kit (should be here in a few days)
new tyres on friday so alloys will be back on!

then after that i will definatly get general service done and wait in line for my full respray/lower a tad more and smoothing :p

pics will be up on friday when i get my alloys back on :)

A full respray holy cow, any decisions on colour? I'm guessing you've decided on a colour.

get some pics as soon as you update anything to the car, really interested as this is one if not the best 5 door Punto on this site. If you want angel eyes, Brins worth talking to as his kits don't seem that bad.

same colour, standard teseo blue, basically a full respray touching everything up and smoothing both bumpers aswell as boot and bonnet.

hmmm i could do, but i really do want the proper angel eyes, as its too much hassle wiring the rings up ect.

update: got my focus induction on. really like the grunt alongside the powerflow backbox :)

haha yea i heard presure washing it is best but im not confident using one of them on an engine bay, i think it'll re k it lmao :eek:..

anyways, power steering has gone so im looking for another 5 door :mad:

try a better battery first. if that dont work just get another steering colum. bredstikz on here has loads

not too much, just exterior spraying and smoothing from a friend of a friend is charging me between 600-1000. has his own workshop and everything and has done loads of previous top notch work.

if its cum back on again then its deffo your battery. get a more powerfull one. will cost a hell of a lot less than power steering. with it playing about going on and off then thats the signs its the battery. does it go off if....

1. when you put it on full lock in reverse
2. in very cold conditions
3. whilst turning then hitting a bup

mines doing same but cant afford the battery at mo lol

but if you do want the power steering then im pritty sure bredz will sell them cheep. he does everything else and he has a few of them. you just need to get the ecu code from bottom of the column. if you open fuse box case you can just about see the 4 big red numbers. noramly 6670 or something like that.

GETTING A NEW PUNTO!

1.2 16v active sport 2003 broom yellow 3 door ;P

so anything from my 5 door is for sale apart from coilovers, alloys, brakes, backbox and possible side skirts??

but i have alfa seats for sale, focus induction kit, speedo w/ rev counter and sporting steering wheel for sale, and im breaking my 1.2 5 door for spares if anyone needs anything :)

will make a new thread in the next few days i reckon.

Hi ben,

if you want i'll get some pics of just the rear lights then i'll let you know if you still want them because in honesty, they're not the best of tinted lights but there ok.

but i would be after around 25-30 delivered because of postage costs.

indeed the new punto is alot better and all i've done so far is fit my sound system lol. updated pics of it will be up soon ;)
