hi, i have a silver 1.2 active gp, i want to colour code the wing mirrors and get the same colour punto stripes on it, any ideas on what goes best with silver, im thinking blue?

hmmm wrong section really... im sure a mod will move this soon, to colour code your wing mirrors you need to firstly sand them down, to get the texture off or the paint wont take propely, then prime them, build that up in layers, leave a fair few hours if not over night to dry, then spray the the mirrors in the colour gradually build it up in coats if you apply to thick it will simply run and look terrible, remember the better you want the finish the more time you must take, then again leave maybe overnight to dry then add the laquer on top,

stripes, why would you want stripes in the same colour as your car

NO not same colour as the car, same colour as the mirrors and handles

I think getting the stripes and wing mirrors to match would be cool, But I would leave the handles as the are, I just think it looks odd otherwise...

Colour wise, what shade of silver do you have?

White, black, red and blue would work I guess? Have a look in the gallery at other GPs, see what you like
