A very solid car!
Got it home this week, payed arround 3000£ including fuel home. 550k's drive, 1.85:yum: litres pr 10k.
WOW, thats a nice old fiat ,is it for a collection or your drive about?.
cheers miff121 (y)

This have been a drive about all it's life, except the last two years as it got a wrong fuelpump not deliver enough fuel. Now it will serve as my daily driver, as soon as I got a working fuelpump in it. The one I got said thank You, good buy, sunday! Of courde at a very unpleasent place, needing towtruck home. Also I have some water leaks into the interior, and lugage room. Need to solve as much as possible of this before I could use it every day. Don't have a garage for it, but it is well covered inside a whole carcover, and a halvtop keeping it dry.

:chin: not seen one of them before, what is it!
This is a Fiat 130. Mine is a '74 with the 3.2 liter V6, and a Borg Warner three speed automatic. 1605 kg empty, but with 249Nm it moves ok.
The 130 Berlina saw daylight in '69, but then with 2.8 liter engine. When launching the 130 Coupe in '71 the engine was upgraded to 3.2, and the auto tranny was upgraded. Otherwise the interior was upgraded as well, with better materials, and real wood. The reason for this was that the Coupes interior, that was a Pininfarina design, won a designer prize, while the old Berlina interior was rather poor.
There was built less then 20000 130's. about 15000 sedans, and 4500 Coupes. Spareparts are a nightmare.

Now it looks like I have some work to do!! Either fuelpump, or the electrics connected to this are poor. I'll try to get under the car today.
