Introduction

Thought i should get a few pics up and spec of my Tjet now its got a bit done to it :)

CAR SPECIFICATIONS:

- Model : Grande Punto Sporting
– Engine size : 1.4 T-jet
- Year : 2008
– Colour : Cross over black

ENGINE MODIFICATIONS :

- GSR and Remap

STYLING MODIFICATIONS:

-Tints
-Abarth head lights
-Abarth rear lights
-Front grille resprayed in satin black and bottom one removed
-6000k HID's
INTERIOR:

- Steering wheel and handbrake stitching changed from white to red

EXTERNAL:

-Debadged
-Abarth Headlights
-Abarth Rear lights

CHASSIS:

- Eibach sportline 50mm springs

ICE:

-Alpine CDE-9881R
-JL Audio E1400D amp
-JL Audio 12" w3v2 Sub
-IPOD connector in glovebox

FUTURE MODS:

-Maybe refurb Alloys
-Corsa VXR Mirrors
-New JL stuff
-Coilovers
-Uprate turbo, FMIC, Full exhaust system & remapped. Should be around 200bhp then
-Hubcentric Spacers

Bottom grille is staying out because i cant be bothered to take the bumper off to put it back in and i like seeing my intercooler which will look better when i get an uprated one in there next year :)

lol fair enough... car looks good, i do like the red stiching in the steering wheel and handbrake, :)

Why do people keep taking out the front bumper to put back in/take out the bottom grille?

You do not need to.

Only if something big hit it but there not as soft as a radiator and plenty of people run with them like i am

You probably dont but i cant get it in for the life of me as the bumper flexes too much. Its not going back in anyway, will attempt to polish the intercooler up when im next home.

As I've said before looks the dogs mate.

Virtually perfect on the design front, only thing I can think of is new alloys but even then not necessary.

Probably might not want to put anything "corsa" on it mind :p

Alloys will either be mine refurbed in anthracite or OZ Ultra leggeras in 17" or 18" not decided yet :)

VXR mirrors will depend on what i think of them when i see them on another GP that i know is doing them :)

Absolute gorgeous wheels, so are Super Turismo's.

Cheers :) I did the stiching with red food colouring which dies the stitching but wipes off the leater :) Only problem is it does turn your fingers red for a while afterwards lol. I think red Tcut works aswell.

i been running with no lower grill for 4 months touch wood is visibly fine few dead bugs nothing a bit a rain wont get rid

Spot on with the stitching dye Trev, very good idea. :)
I was in my car yesterday thinking about the stitching you had, wondering if you had it re-stiched :) obviously not!

Looks awesome mate. Good idea with the food colouring too!

Are the small plates legal? (not the grey/black ones - the white ones.)

No i got pulled for them on friday lol Coppers ANPR camera couldnt read them at the right distance so he had to get really close before he could pick them up. Only got a rectification notice so no biggy.

Added some tinted wind deflectors to it and got 20mm hubcentric spacers delivered tomorrow so will hopefully get those fitted tomorrow :)
