Brief update:
Had a few problems over the last week so i've not had much time to spare for the car.

Been on it today though....

It's running well, i'm planning a trip to a decent set of rollers soon to check & double check everything.

Also been busy inside the car, fitted the harnesses, finished most of the interior, removed all the redundant wiring and tidied the rest up, had a tidy up and rewire under the bonnet, sprayed a few bits, and sprayed the wheels. Will get pics up tomorrow for your perusal

Also set the boost up ready for santa pod at the weekend, rigged up the fan switch properly, and fitted my guage holder, though im still waiting on remaining guages.

looks sweet mate i really like the colour as it is but im with you on the white bravos there is one thats near me (sorry unable to get a picture as it was driving in the opposite direction) and the look awesome and with the coupe wheels black will look even better

Quick update: car is prepped and ready for paint! Has a crank sensor failure now which prevented it from making santa pod, but it will be back stronger than ever!
Also specced up my new engine, which will be built and fitted after the suspension has been finalised and i'm happy with it. (probably next year now)
Also working on some other little bits and bobs, ally PAS tank, ally brake fluid reservior (with sight glasses) new ally rad, and larger intercooler, custom inlet manifold, tubular ehaust manifold, oil cooler with remote mounted filter, and loads more!! I want this car to be extremely different, extremely capable, and show what I can do :)
Very busy with work at the minute though, so when its sprayed i expect it will be stuck at the back of the new workshop again until I get a few free evenings to get the rear end in bits!
Will get some new pics up after the weekend!

LOVE it!! :D

More updates soon!!

Thanks for the kind comments, been flatting the paint and mopping it the past couple of days, unfortunately its not perfect, but i'm happy enough with it for now ;)

I'm hoping to get some progress with the rear suspension mods done pretty soon, will update soon with more pics :D

Oooh yes.

What's the bhp with the Coupe conversion? 220 std isn't it?

Yeah the 20v turbo is 220bhp when standard.
I'm hoping to get a significant amount more than that when the engine is finished, but having 2 other cars now really doesnt help

So what's the plan for it.. a road legal track day monster? Drive it to the track and drive it home?

Yeah, tax, MOT, the lot.
It'll probably end up on a trailer though lol

I was thinking about what i actually want from the car today, and decided i'll class it as 'finished' when it is handy round a track (will let others drive to guage general opinion) does 12 second quarters (though this isnt a strict priority, as it'll be set up with tracks in mind) and a fairly hefty top speed. Incidentally, are there any proven top speeds for fiat bravos already set?

I thought the same, but i'm leaving them, they set the black wheels/trim off nicely :D

160mph is well below what im aiming for, would be good to hear from any bravo turbo owners about it, i know there are a few beasts around!
