Peter has taken the kit out of production for a short while. He is finalising the new revised kit to incorporate the MAF. I think im the only one with this kit at the moment

got abarth headlights and prefer them to angels/halos, dash wasn't too bad thought about it one day did it the next.

thanks for rubbing it in that i cant get it and you have it lol wanted to fit it same time as my IC as don't get many days free i can take the front end apart.

I try my best Its quite an easy install, just needs the passenger side wheel arch liner access, probably less than an hour to install.

I got in touch via PF, but I guess if the kit is out of production he might not reply

nope not in production at mo they replied to my pf thread which was good, hopefully wont be too long wanna get it all done soon. IC should be here this week,

So had an eventful day, after deciding i'd have a go at cleaning my egr valve and failing miserably, not being enough of a tech head to take any risk when removing it i chickened out and stuck to something simple.

so on goes the intercooler:









stickers usually only last a week or two as i change my mind alot!

with the EGR valve, i couldnt remove the bottom pipe or the corregated pipe which had a hex bolt in it, i nearly broke my (hex headed) screwdriver trying to take it off? just remove everything else and cleaned the bits i could get to.

They're Abarth lights

With the EGR, you really need a socket set for it, a screw driver won't give the torque you need to undo the bolts.

yeah just a fly eyes kit to see if i like the look, would like a proper tint to look smoother as you can see the mesh on them up close like this, they are abarths as well so lots of black. and i did want a novitec rear splitter with a centre exit but couldnt source one for right price

couldnt fit one in it, only got a large socket set couldn't get any swing, need a smaller set. which part does the swirl gasket go on? is it the bit by the corregated pipe that has the bolts in it rather than the allen key bolts?

I know that but they look tinted aswel.

swirl gasket goes between the EGR valve and the corrugated pipe.
you should be able to get the pipe of no problem with a allen key
