Anyway TC (I sound like Officer Dibble) about this void warranty thing...Really the warranty should only be void if the defect that needs repairing replacing has been damaged/ is malfunctioning as a direct result of modification x,y or Z. So if my cd player stops working or a suspension arm snaps they can't say "oh that's because you fitted an induction kit" Although I will admit if a particular dealership wanted to or someone at Fiat felt like being a right arse that day, they could say, sorry no it's null and void. But I think/hope in most cases this wouldn't be so [:0] !!

When they fitted mine they said that any damage that could be considered as being caused by the non-FIAT part being fitted would not be covered under warranty, so yes, you are correct!
