Seicento Seicento Abarth Turbo

Introduction

Well just realised never actually done a thread for this car so here it is:

I bought it for my G/F to use to keep my 205 safe :D

So it's a year 2000 Seicento Sporting with ABS and Air con (and weirdly a sunroof as well ) that has had an Abarth kit fitted.

It had the turbo conversion done when it was around 20days old

It's currently on 35k.. and running sweet (Touch wood )

So anyway here's the pics i've also got a few scans of some of the paperwork that may interest people including the original fitment parts list from Van Aaken :)

Pull Your trousers up "chief"

Got a few bits and pieces to fit as well:

Shiny Fuel Pressure Regulater

Punto GT 257mm front brakes (Uno turbo rears are in a box in the garage)
Should stop quite well if the ABS doesn't kick in too much (n)

Also have a 40mm Throttle body coming soon and a "Turbo ie" badge once painted

Here's some scans that may be of interest if not just for giggles of reading how to look after a turbo cento ;)

Not much more really planned being a sensible daily driver ;) well other than relocate the air filter somewhere a bit cooler and get a decent bore exhaust system made up :)

All comments welcome :D

its undergoing a few upgrades and new head gasket. The oil cooling sysem was removed when i got it cause jamie couldn't get it to not leak, so this has been addressed and is going back on. New fuel pressure reg due to old one failing (hence the head gasket), got dual electronic boost controller being fitted, an oil catch tank, fitting the tricker TB to it which has been on the NA cinq for a while. Will be fitting a wideband lamda with lc1 controller, some new guages for the inside. Got late PGT front brakes to go on. Hoping to get custom 2" bore exhaust for it but is right at end of the list. Also pondering whether to fit the cobra daytona buckets from the cinq but am undecided, also want to relocate the air filter.. Think i will be adding some black paint to the car, not alot but some bits here and there.

As is often the case, i have started most of the little projects and now have run into finance issues, soon as i have a little cash i will be MOT'ing and taxing the cinq so i can sell it to fund finishing the sei. Should be enough for everything on my list bar the exhaust as i have most of the actual parts but am lacking consumables like oil to refill the car and brake fluid and all that stuff. I promise when its all back together i shall do a new thread ;) and then after all thats done, i might get the air-con re-gassed.

EDIT: The car is now UK registered, taxed, MOT'd and insured. I have been driving it but not alot. It fully is a summer weekend car for me as i have the stilo for everyday and if i was to take one of the little cars out in winter it would be the NA cinq..
