last week there wre two of those badgeless grilles on ebay for £40 buy it now,dnt no whether there still on there like. Also dont really no the quality of them but they said it was good qual and made of ABS etc.

Also those rims look quality (y)

i'm proper lovin your ride shame its not a 16 valver, i wanna make my xbox punto look like that cos its well smart, how much did you pay for the wheels? i'm getting a powerflow exhaust for my 2b should be well sweet

cheers joe for the help. will check it out now as ive been at work all day and all week sadly :(
my rims were £400 mate from tyrespot. they had some special deal or wheel offer on at the time so i thought great :) and der dey r (y)
ive just orderd an 8000k hid conversion kit for it and remote central locking key woooo, i hate it how the 8v doesnt have remote central locking but then again beggers cant be choosers lol.
i was going to get a powerflow exhaust put on mine as well but they were going to charge me a fortune. i didnt want them to cut into my bumper either. what are you getting done mate?
cheers for all your opinions guys, really appreciated (y)

powerflow are a rip, sick of telling people, good chocie ofeverything but when it comes down to it, all you get is a nice sound, depending where you go you get a nice sited tip too but then you've got the build quality issues that usually ensue, knocking, heatshield rattling, after a year or two is starts to rust badly, they use inconel mild weld rather than stainless too. Also they are never designed to a decent flow and their internal joints by the weld are often very poor and restrictive.

Supersprint is the way forward imo, or if you're going custom, exhaustsuk are quite good (quite), and i can't recall who it is i'd use if i didnt make my/other own but ghostwkd used them an he was impressed as was I, their customer list is in the least, Very extensive. ask ghost who he used (y)

i'm gettin my exhaust hidden behind the bumper cos i don't fancy cutting into mine either, plus then i don't have to fork out a bomb for a fancy exhaust trim.
Gonna try and get some alloys like yours *lol*, slam it by anythin up to 50mm (i think that might be a bit too much though) and then de-badge it and smooth everything out.
One day i'm hoping for a leather re-trim too

apologies for my cousins outburst:p

powerflow = poorflow, or powerlow

nah, really, i know a few people who have them as well, and some people are happy with them, but i have seen some horrible work from them as well. This is mainly down to the distributor/fabricators - Gates Carlisle being the worst place to go ever, going by what i have seen from them (well, they are actually just **** at everything, not just exhausts)
as well as that, though, the grade of material used is quite poor - in fact, they tell customers that it is "normal" to see surface rust on the exhaust system within a year.
so, its up to you, chances are that you would be happy with powerflow, and their prices are very competitive. but then again, if you get a crappy fabricator on the job, then you will be constantly pished off with it.

wherever you go for an exhaust system, go in and ask to see some of their work first.

i agree, it is mostly down to the people who put it on, not powerflow themselves; i know a few people who've got powerflow exhausts and have no problems at all, the team who fit them do a really good job

 its the team that fit them that make them? its all in-house. theres not much you can do wrong whilst 'fitting' the exhaust, moreso in the making process.

I've just seen/repaired too many to want one myself.

I must have worded it wrong *lol*, what i meant was its not powerflow making dodgy exhausts/components etc..; you only get problems with them if you get a bad team who can't be bothered to produce the exhaust properly.

Yeh i can agree with that, the majority i've seen from different areas just put me off though. when you section them the turbulence inside the exhaust is visible from all the butt joints that overlap, mig wire reeled through gap'd section etc. Meh - my tupence for what its worth

I got a powerflow. And I agree there ****e. its rusting, blowing (after the 3rd time I've patched it up). Only thing I like is the noise (not over the top / similar to supersprint).

And when my car was standard (except for the Powerflow exhaust) on the first rolling road run it got 103bhp (supposed to be 93-95bhp). It did go on to restrict my remap and induction kit as I only got 115bhp after which should be about 118-120bhp IMO as I wasn't getting as good gains as two other people with the same car. So im looking for a Supersprint / Fiat one now . Im going to need manifold to backbox :(.

some new updates of the car.....

yeah i like the sound and everything about it, except the fit isnt too good at the minute. one side (the left side) is higher than the other and is actually touching my bumper. It has also started to slightly melt away just at that one side.
