Can you space the wheels out a little, say 3mm without it hiting the outer arch?

thanks peeps, wheels are already spaced 6mm but will look at spacin them out aliitle more once i get my new wheels on if need be, dont think i will need to tho cos there a lower offset meanin they will stick out alittle euro stylee[8D]pics to come once i get them finished[}]
