He has more days off than the queen
He only works 154days in the yr and gets paid 365, the only down side is he cant take any hols outside of his rota [xx(]
Although working 2 days, 2 nights and having 4 days off during summer and having 6 days off in winter and having 3 sets of 18 days off during the summer months is not to be sneezed at
