Looks great mate! I like the lights that you've changed in the dash + the clock! Also the grapix on the door look quality too!
Nice one - how does it sound then?

Lovely...what was the cost for the steering wheel releathering?Think they'd do it again?

GrpN Catback Exhaust system on...rattles like f**k, but very nice!!!

the sound needs tweeking a bit but im currently planning an insane install for the doors. The dash lights well the ones in the vents look better at night.
oh and i think the steering wheel was a one off. a sort of back handed job. nudge nudge wink wink.:D:D

surfin - got the leds from maplins. it took a while to get enough cause each time i went they only had about 2 of the ones i wanted. but the final job looks great.

Do you know the spec's of the LED's that you bourght, as I got some blue ones from Ebay, but you have to use resisters to step down the voltage and they always seem to blow [V]

I've replaced all the light you have, but all of the switches seem to have gone out except the hazard light switch. Its really frustrating.

Any more infor on the LED's you bought would be very helpful as I'm at a wits end at the mo.

Thanks

Brian

Ask any racer, any real racer, it don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning's winning!

3mm...smaller is better IMO, 5mm may foul the switches

Gaz...;the LEDs will need a resistor to limit the current flowing thru them....doesnt matter which side (eg: +ve to LED or LED to ground) yu attach it to.

It only needs to be small value (270 Ohm is a good one)...

This is unless yu use LEDs that are designed to run straight from 12v supplies, as these have current limiting resistors built in, like these: http://www.maplin.co.uk/products/module.asp?CartID=040501191716353&moduleno=35738&Products=5

ok so here is the rundown on the LED's.
1st maplins in not a ripoff its only 12-19p per LED.
2nd you need to use 2.5volt 3mm LED's
3rd these can be normal brightness, superbrite diffuse(with coloured bulb) or superbrite clear (with clear bulb)
and thats it just make a direct replacement for the original LED's but make sure that the long leg of the LED go's with the resistor in the holder. this will stop them from blowing. and thats it if anyone needs a hand just let me know and il be happy to help.[}:)]:)[}:)]:) hope that answers all your questions.
