Chili pack is the must have MINIs. Nice colour in the gun metal.

Looks in good condition to for its 7 years old.

I think its the back box on them you gotta watch with the first MINIs that came out, around 30k miles you could see it drop off soon. (This could just be yje MINI Ones though and not the Cooper S)

I like it. Nice upgrade from there GP

Fantastic car, looks gorgeous, sounds superb and it's by far the best colour combo BMW offered :yum:

I was looking at a BIGI Cooper S to replace my GP but it looks like my budget will only stretch as far as a higher mileage/tatty example :( Still.... plenty of hot hatches out there to be considered.

I found the insurance on it pretty good! Unlike most of the other hot hatches!

Thanks for the comments, i have to admit i love the car to bits! The noise, handling, interior are just fantastic! Fuel economy isnt quite that of a diesel punto but then i dont do the milage anymore so im not fussed!

I dont like minis in the slightest, however i do like that colour and how it sits on the wheels, it just has that something about it :)

nice car :)

I was exectly the same, when the wife wanted rid of our Punto active sport 16 v,i thought what ..£10k,but once she got her home...i had a go and im hooked!,got a fiorino for buzing around in an alfa156 for pulling the caravan and a golf ml1 cab,oh then theres the 69 singer chamois sport, the imp goes round roundabouts like a blinking gokart but the mini..its so in control, quite like this forum as you can mention other makes and it doesnt turn into a war :slayer:

Regards

Ricie

Right to give a bit of an update to my car as the last time I posted on here was when I first got it!

Quite a bit has changed with it now. To go with the uprated intercooler and cold air induction kits it now has:
- 17% Supercharger pulley reduction
- Power flex bushes
- 17" Oz Ultra leggera wheels wrapped in parada spec2 tyres

1320 mini did the work and RR it, it put out 194bhp at the wheels (approx 208bhp at the fly wheel) not a bad upgrade from its standard book figure of 163bhp! :D

Upgrades to come now are brakes! (extra power brings the need for extra stopping power!) and once i move its going to be dropped on some coil overs, got a huge ramp at where I live now so don't really fancy destroying my front bumper just for the sake of it being dropped!

Sorry about the crappy photos I took them on my iPhone, will get the D300 out at some point and take some better ones!

Comments welcome :)
