Technical Ticking noise in cam belt?

Hey:
When the car is just started I can hear a small ticking sound that I think is coming from where the cam belt is located. What should I do?

How many miles?

Get it checked out quickly, a cam belt or tensioner failure is expensive.

mine has been doing the same on the bravo, cambelt is being changed friday. I have been told it could be the water pump so i am having that changed with the belt.

The car has 55,000 kilometers equal to approx. 34,375 miles...the sound is not very noisy...it's a small tick only when cold, goes off after 3-5 minutes idling...

I've been told that it is still not time to change the cam belt and tensioner...when I have to, is it the same procedure as the 2.0 engine?
