am intrested in converting my 2litre 20 valve to a turbo what needed and anything i should no my cars afiat marea 2litre 20valve hlx its lowered 40mm,superchiped ,decat full stainless,17inch dymag compomotive wheels

Go find yourself a rear ended turbo coupe...........
Unfortunately both the top and bottem ends of the turbo engine are quite different to the non-turbo version, so you can't just bolt the manifold and turbo on etc..........
You're gonna need the whole motor with ancillaries and electronics, and someone experienced enough to give it a go.

im doing it to my brava at the moment, you need the entire running gear from a coupe.that way you get the transmission link and tunnel,and handbrake,also the front brembos and the suspension and rear axle, because the coupe has a wider track front and rear, youll get better handling.also youll gain the quick geared rack from the coupe.buy one off ebay, you can pick one up for around a grand with 100000 miles on the clock, which providing the car was well looked after,willbe fine,you also need to take absolutely every mounting bracket,pipe,and clip from the engine bay,as its all in different places on the coupe.but the mounting holes are all there.just unused on the marea,brava and bravo.hope this helps.

The rear axle is the same on the coupe 20vt as the 20v Marea, this is because they are the same chassis underneath, all derived from the Tipo.
The rear brakes are the same, as is the handbrake.
The reason the front end can't easily be adapted is because the coupe turbo
uses an uprated gear box with looooooooooooooong ratio's
this is coupled to bigger drive shafts therefore bigger hubs and brembo's which are shared with a lot of other manufacturers.
