Just replaced the Radiator on my Maread 1.9 TD100.
Easy job in the end.
Just a couple of things the manual does not say.
1.when fitting a new spurious rad you need to remove the 4 plastic bungs
from the origional or there is nothing to hold the screws for the fan.
2. remember to remove the thermostat from the old radiator.
3. ther are 6 bols/selftappers holding the rad to the plastic internal cowling.
4. buy new jubilee clips (opening the old ones is a ba***rd just cut them)
5. the old rad will fall to bits all over the drive/garage/lockup.
6. jack the car on the left side so you can get at the bottom hose.
Vital re check of the coolant levels after a test (make up more coolant than you think you need 'cos you will use it i bought 3 litres )
