We have had the bigest storm I have ever seen today with hail stones the size of apples, the Marea is dented to buggery :bang:

Sounds bad that the car has suffered, but be glad it was only the car and not your head on the receiving end of them ice balls.
I can imagine the insurance companies are squirming already?

A few of our friends have already been told by there insurance that its not covered, "act of god"
cant blame it on some thing that hasnt been proved to be real, may as well blame the tooth fairy

I know, but that's insurance company's for you, I think if I were to claim they would write the car off so I will just have to have a dimpled car, wont be the only one in the town Top of our caravan looks like the surface of a golf ball, but neighbour of a friends van is dented all over and they have had it all of 3 weeks. Our chicken coop roof was smashed to smitharines. So glad one didn't hit a chicken.

I know someone whose "nearly new " caravan was well battered a few years ago , and the insurance helped-out with the new panels / roof)
maybe worth a try,
but it really depends on your insurer and wether your Marea is worth it..,

I think the insurance would just write it off, it's 13 years old.
