Hi, im changing the brake pads on my X reg Marea weekend and im not sure what tool/tools i need to remove the caliper bolts? Iv had a look and its not standard bolts that can be removed with a socket or wrench so anyone any idea what tools? iv had a look online and i think ill need Torx Bit Socket Set but im not sure, any help much appreciated.

as standard they should be either 17or19mm bolts at the front and a large (forgot size) allen key at the rear. neither should be a torque

seen it advertised on here from halfords and it looks like the thing i need, could anyone confirm this?

7mm is obviously a none standard size

you can get them with a longer handle for about 4 quid on flea bay
