Technical Rattling Noise

I am getting a rattling noise from under the bonnet when I dip my clutch any ideas what the problem is ?

Sounds like it might be the thrust bearing it can rattle on merrily for ages before needs replacing.

Thanks mate I have also been told Release bearing or pilot bearing does this make sense ?

Yes, Thrust and Release Same bearing just different term
