Technical oil loss help please

i just got given a mearea weekend 1.6 on a w plate even though im a mechanic i cant remember for the life of me the answer to this

right problem it

1.6 on a w plate 62thou mile

oil is filling boost bottle and air fillter etc and ending up going through the butter fly valve via the crank case breather, if the brether is disconnected dosent seem to be puffing at all. only when its connected does it suck oil up
done comp test and results are as follows

cyl 1 240 psi
cyl 2 230 psi
cyl 3 235 psi
cyl 4 235 psi

im probably just having a blonde moment

and help much appeciated

Causing a vacume on upper side of engine.???hum

i once inherited a ford sierra v6 with the same problem. (yrs ago) compression seems ok so oil rings should be ok.????
Thinking back it was due to the lack of "oil changes" in the sierra and carbonised oil in the breather pipes and oil filler cap which also had a breather hole/mesh in it.
Dont forget at worst sonario worn crank/bottom end pressurizes. Hope this jogs ya memory.
