I have just replaced my instrument panel and was wondering if it's possible to programme the new one with the original mileage, as this is a brand new panel is is current set to zero.

There does not seem to be an obvious way of doing it I can only assume FIAT have to do this form me, is that correct?

I don't think you're allowed to do that. I had the speedo replaced on a car years ago and I asked the same question, I wanted the new speedo to read the old mileage, the dealer said he was not allowed to do that.

Everything is possible. Google it or look in the yellow pages. People with diagnostic equipment usually have the tools.
