Hi All,
First post, so go easy on me
I have just bought a Marea Weekend 1.6 16v P Reg (97), great car, but having a few problems with it.....
It needed a new back exhaust, at cost of just over £124
Needed new front pads, were metal to metal, but got pads at under £20 and fitted them myself
It also has a leak from the sump, apparently I known problem, so currently looking for a cheap supplier for a sump for this car, but quoted around £90 for sump and sealant from Fiat, anyone know anywhere cheaper?
Am also looking for information on the size of the back speakers on the tailgate, as they are missing, anyone any ideas? and also a cheap place to get them?
Anyone aware of any issues with the fuel gauge on these cars? It seems to be that if you go over a heavy bump, the fuel gauge will jump down (not die), and doesn't recover looking like there's less fuel in the car. Sometimes on stopping, turning off the car and starting up again will put the gauge back, but not always. What should this car get mileage wise? I have put £25 of petrol in, and got about 210-220 miles out of it. about right?
Think that's all for now Thanks for any help guys/gals.
Cheers
