Hi folks,
I've got a '98 Weekend 2.0 20v and have had this problem since I bought it.
I've tried changing both front swing arms (wishbones) and anti-roll droplinks but the "clunk" is still there and getting worse!
I was starting to think along the lines of the rollbar itself moving - glad to find someone knows about the problem as all the mechanics I've tried couldn't find it! Has anyone got any detailed desriptions of where/how to fit the clamps, or better yet any piccies??

Any advice gratefully received.

Wondering if anyone has any good photos or diagrams of the Marea front roll-bar bushes and clamps. I actually have a copy of the technical manual page showing them. However, my doubt is whether I could change these bushes without removing the whole steering module, as the manual instructs, which involves far more work and, ideally, subsequent steering realignment. The manual seems to have just one bolt per clamp, removeable, conveniently, from underneath. Aren't there 2 bolts per clamp? Finally, I wonder if it is wise to put jubilee clips (or whatever kind of improvised stops) to prevent all side movement of the roll-bar.
