I have a W reg (year 2000) Fiat Marea 4 door saloon ELX.
The electric sunroof (glass window) has a rubber edging and it is now perishing, allowing water to enter the car.
Is it possible to get a replacement rubber seal or would this have to be a complete window unit to replace ?

You can get a new seal iirc, however a temp fix seems to be to smear sealant around the area to stop any further ingress.

its a very common problem. replacing the sunroof seal wont help. you need to seal the sunroof chassis with silicone sealant. drop the roof lining and aply silicone all around the sunroof chassis where it meets the roof panel.
