I've had the problem where the ABS and handbrake warning light both come on after a short while of driving. It turned out to be the sensor on top of the brake fluid reservoir. You can test this by simply disconnecting the lead to it (after checking you are not simply low on fluid!!). If this cures the symptom then replace the fluid reservor top with a new one from the main dealer. Hope this helps some people. Cheers.
