Hello!

My name is Simon, and this is the first time I am writing here. I come from Slovenia. Anyway, I've bought a Marea Weekend 2.4TD HLX. Problem: when I press the button, that shows the temperature outside, it always gives me 50 degrees Celsious. I've measured it's resistance and it is 351 ohm, I think. When I unplug it, error is shown on the ODO meter, so the connection is good. What could be wrong? When I measured it, it was about 20 degrees C outside.

Thanks

You need a new thermistor (Mounted inside drivers side wing mirror - look for dimple underneath mirror). They cost about 10£ from Fiat.

Hello! Here in Slovenia, I can't get the thermistor itself, I would have to buy the whole mirror, which comes about 200€. Can U guys in the UK get this part alone? How could I get my hands on the thermistor, for money ofcourse:)

Be well...

scrapyard, you can use one from a marea, bravo and brava but not all models have the temp sensor so you'll need to find a car that does.
