Technical marea air pollution problem

i have a marea the air pollution is 8 it must be 0.5 we try to fix it by changh the lamda sensor but no sucses the air pollution is down to 3 but after cople of day is up agin can some one pleas help me with this problem ty

basics 1st.make sure it has new HT leads,sparkplugs and air filter.after this give it a good long motorway run(50 miles+) and if you like add a quality fuel additive,then check your emmisions.after this you may have to get the car tuned with specialist equipment to adjust fuelling etc but i have found with most cars the above works.

More than what is described above, check for sure your exhaust catalistic system, and also go to a mechanic that could remove excess of carbon deposit at your engine ( mainly after 50K miles) using some chemical products.
