Hi and welcome to Fiat Forum.
To reset the service indicator you have to use a computer or diagnostic unit plugged into the ODB port. Fortunately for us there is Multiecuscan (MES) http://www.multiecuscan.net/
Which will do this and much more. You also need an ELM327 to USB interface. Try to get one that is "modified for Multiecuscan" some of the cheaper ones have a design issue that can stop them working for some functions. It needs a laptop but even an old one running windows XP is OK.
I assume your 1.3 is a diesel, if so does it have a diesel particulate filter (DPF) in the exhaust? if so you may also have to reset a oil change or oil degradation counter in the engine ecu (using MES) as well as the service indicator (in body computer). I can't check for sure as I'm at work. If you do have a DPF then be aware that the self contained handheld OBD tools won't rest the oil counter and you could damage the DPF. MES is pretty much essential if you want to do your own servicing and repairs on modern Fiats.
