I bought Linea in 2012 April in bangalore form concord moters, diary circle. After few days carpet form driver and passenger becoming wet. Almost like a lake. I gave a complaint. Then they replaced AC drain pipe.
Same problem again after few months. :bang: This time I cleaned myself because, I have to leave my car in garage for day to fix the small problem. Every month AC drain pipe it is clogging. That AC drain vent has a bad design.
It is happening form past one year. Every time my carpet is getting wet and stinking. I am planning to replace the cotton carpet. Not sure how much it costs. My car is stinking what I need to do?

Fiat never call back these cars for these kind of issues?

Believe its the scuttle panel drainage chute and the brake servo at the back of the engine bay. The drain from the windscreen directs water over the brake servo which rusts through and leaves a nice hole for the water to drain through and into the cabin. There's plenty of threads on here if you search and i believe there is also a guide on a simple fix.

i am sure it is form AC drain pipe. I opened that pipe and verified. It is completely blocked when I try to blow. Lot of water (atleast 200ml) came out when I open the drain pipe form the panel. Basically the hole is very small. The hole is blocking if there is little dust. This pipe is not suitable for indian conditions. Then I increased the hole using heat soldering rod. Now it is working fine. But some amount of AC is going out through the hole. But I am ok with that.
But still carpet is still stinking even after a week, because it is not drying.

You know what? Initial 2012 linea model doesn't have no AC filter. After 6 months they started giving pollen filter, because lot of dust is coming form AC vents. During that time AC drain pipe got clogged and still the problem is present. Later I will post the picture of the AC drain pipe. You can't see the hole of the pipe.
