Hmmmm.... I dont like it LOL

yep you are right, never sold it here, believe it is either the brizillian, SA or both in which it is sold in

its the booted version of the palio, which is fiats "world car" for developing countries (think dacia logan etc..)

they also sell them in india :p

gets called an albea in some countries, where they crave, or are given, not sure which:D , small saloon cars with small engines and agricultural suspension to rival lada's and logans for suspension bombproof ness. nothing else really matters, aslong as it can survive a few rather large potholes.

and of course, they crash well

Actually this car is sold in countries like China and India (as "Siena" or "Albea", and in your new version as "Perla"). The brazillian Siena is a little different (as the rest of the family), and in my opinion the style is more interesting:

They look like a "Punto Saloon".
I like the look of 'em!
(no where near as nice as my Stilo though...)
:)

sorry i didnt mean chassis or platform, both the punto and palio we're based on an uno.

i mean the body panels are mk1 punto parts, such as the front wings, doors, bonnet, etc.

the body is made out of the fiat recycling bin from the mid-90s.

no they arnt, just look at them, they are a compleatly diffrent shape (if you cant tell, just look at the shape of the rear window for a real easy to spot one ;))

they dont match at all! i will admit that the cars bear a resemblance, but that isnt an odd thing as car makers like thier models to have a family face or shape (just look at Fords lights and grill)

AND the Mk1 Punto was a compleatly new car. Infact the rear has more in common with the Tipo.

The Punto was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro whereas the Palio (and inturn the Siena) was created by IDEA
